Kaori has been teaching swimming since 2001 and is also a certified classroom teacher. She has always been passionate about working with people and children. Before teaching swimming, she gained many years of valuable experience working in the customer service industry.

Kaori enjoys working with technology. Through training staff members, she has been able to experience firsthand the value of having an online platform to provide resources to staff.

Sharron is the CEO for Aquaventures Swim Centre, reallycoolpoolstuff.com and Smart Moves Swim. She has been involved in the Learn To Swim industry for 30+ years as a swim teacher, swim school owner, consultant, author and as an international presenter.

Sharron is the proud recipient of the Guiding Light Award and she is a Hall of Fame inductee in the US Swim School Association. She is a board member for the International Swim School Association.

Sharron is passionate about best practices in Learn To Swim teaching and sharing knowledge globally.
