Session Description

Title: “Building Affordable, Irritant-Free and Bulletproof Swim Schools”

Description: This session will review time-tested strategies to building successful swim schools of all different sizes and budgets. Topics include important mechanical guidelines, resolving common budgeting and construction issues, and operational tips that allow you to maximize the number of lessons per week with a minimum of patron complaints and downtime.

The session includes a bilingual question & answer session to address any particular issue with your swim school.
