Description: “There is no one right way”. This presentation explores options of age groups, levels, progressions and transitioning from parent participation classes to pre-school classes. Swim schools of all sizes are featured through a variety of videos.
Title: “Here a Float, There a Float, Everywhere a Float, Float, Float”
Description: A look at a variety of methods used to teach back floating to babies and toddlers. The presentation will include video from multiple schools.

The “art of teaching” has always been a passion for Andy. Her teaching career started at age 12! Her career has taken her from teaching, to coaching, to swim school owner and now as a world wide consultant specializing in curriculum development, staff training and swim school systems development… www.swimconsultant.com
Andy has served as a Board Member and a Founding Member of the US Swim School Association Infant and Toddler Committee. In 2016, Andy was inducted into the US Swim School Hall of Fame.
