Level PS 1 - Lesson 01

Lesson objectives

  • Introduce basic water-safety routines through repeated entry, exit, and instructor-supported activities.
  • Build early floating, kicking, bubbling, and assisted movement confidence.
  • Keep the lesson playful with songs, toys, mats, and short activities.
